Job summary

Your Future Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager with experience managing customer orders and projects within an industrial manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead multiple product-based projects from order handoff through delivery, serving as the primary customer contact while working with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution.

This role is based in our New Kensington PA facility and works a hybrid schedule. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.


• Serve as the primary customer point of contact and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and communication plans.


• Monitor project financial performance, including cost control and change order management.


• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve execution issues proactively.


• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams.


• Lead project reviews, status meetings, and customer communications.


• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.


• Support domestic and international projects as required.

Your profile.

• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.


• Strong project planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.


• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting customer commitments.


• Working knowledge of logistics, international shipments, and Incoterms.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.


• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process improvements.

Education, Experience, and Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field; technical degree preferred.


• PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.


• 3+ years of project management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related experience.


• Experience managing low- to medium-complexity projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, power generation, oil & gas, renewable energy, or related industries preferred.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project.


• SAP experience preferred.


• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.


• Travel up to 25% as needed.

The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $167,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
