Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead customer orders and projects in an industrial setting. You will guide product-based projects from handoff to delivery, acting as the main customer liaison and coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams.

The role is based at the New Kensington, PA facility with a hybrid schedule; local candidates are preferred. PMP a plus; 3+ years’ PM experience in manufacturing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, PM, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred or willing to obtain within one year.
• 3+ years in PM, manufacturing, operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.
• Maintain primary customer contact and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and communication plans.
