Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of project management in industrial manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from order handoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and status reports.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, quality, and service teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and financial results, driving corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business objectives.
• Apply Innomotics project management processes, tools, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.
