Job summary

Innomotics seeks a Manufacturing Project Manager at our New Kensington, PA facility. Lead product-based projects from order handoff through delivery, acting as the primary customer contact with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing project management, PMP or willingness to obtain, and SAP/MS Project experience; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Operations/Project Management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
• 3+ years of project management in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• SAP and Microsoft Project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from order handoff to delivery.
• Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and communication plans.
• Monitor financial performance including cost control and change orders.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Support domestic and international projects as needed.
