Job summary

Black Label Services, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Project Coordinator to support fabrication projects from planning through delivery. You will work with Project Managers, shop foremen, engineers, vendors, and field teams to keep projects on budget and aligned with customer expectations.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in custom manufacturing is a plus.

• Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specs and construction documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
• Experience supporting budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stated timelines for delivery are met.
• Keep fabrication schedule up to date and hit milestones for OTD dates.
• Daily communication with shop foreman on milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, and quotes to understand project expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with closeout and logistics.
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and processes.
