Gordon, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer-driven manufacturing projects from order entry through production and delivery.

This role connects customers, engineering, production, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure projects move efficiently, stay organized, and are delivered on time. This position welcomes both entry-level and experienced candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, construction products, architectural systems, or engineered-to-order environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant internship/work experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple manufacturing projects from kickoff through production and shipment.
• Serve as primary customer contact for schedules, approvals, and updates.
• Support engineering, estimating, purchasing, and production teams with project documentation.
