Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate new projects from RFQ through production launch and delivery.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, artwork, packaging, and related project inputs.
• Gather pricing, tooling information, material specifications, cycle times, capacity, and lead times.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines and follow up on milestones and approvals.
• Coordinate project activities related to tooling development, prototypes, samples, and related approvals.
• Communicate project status, schedule changes, risks, and questions to customers and teams.
• Coordinate artwork, Pantone colors, labels, packaging, and other customer-specific requirements.
• Support engineering and production during new product introduction, process validation, and startup.
• Maintain accurate project records, quotations, specifications, approvals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on materials, purchase orders, and delivery requirements.
• Assist with customer meetings and internal project meetings; document decisions and due dates.
• Identify project risks early and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Support documentation control, recordkeeping, and audit-readiness activities.
