Qualifications

• Strong understanding of engineering development processes, docs, and PLM.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, and agile-minded skills.
• Highly organized and analytical with data-driven decision making and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site North American Custom Enclosure Engineering team.
• Prioritize engineering resources and initiatives with other functions to meet customer and business demands.
• Help develop and deploy engineering strategy, resource management and initiatives.
• Collaborate in the ETO process to ensure rigor, velocity, and flexibility for business results.
• Provide technical leadership aligned to long-term architecture and goals.
• Develop engineering talent and mentor engineers and designers.
