Job summary

nVent seeks a manufacturing leader in Anoka, MN to direct Market Team operations, train staff, and mentor on performance across material flow, picking, put‑away and line servicing. You’ll drive Lean improvements to reduce waste and strengthen standard work while ensuring a safe, clean work environment and on‑time production commitments.

You will also review payroll hours weekly, support new process introductions, and develop high‑impact projects to improve replenishment routes and line support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Market Team employees including training, directing, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate material flow to ensure inventory accuracy and timely line servicing.
• Lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve replenishment routes.
• Review payroll hours weekly and manage exception hours.
• Support new process introductions and improve line-support processes.
