Job summary

Technique, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs from initiation through delivery at our Jackson, Michigan facility.

You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales to ensure programs meet customer requirements, timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and brings 5+ years of program or project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from quote handoff through production and delivery.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales).
• Serve as primary customer contact for program status, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify program risks and elevate issues with mitigation plans.
• Facilitate regular program reviews and internal status meetings.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality standards and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, cost, and delivery performance.
• Maintain detailed program documentation.
