Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of manufacturing program management experience in metal fabrication, machining, or assembly.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, welding, forming, and assembly processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
• Oversee and manage manufacturing programs from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality control to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Provide DFM feedback to engineering and to customers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns.
