Momentum Manufacturing Group in Vermont is seeking a Program Manager to oversee manufacturing projects in metal fabrication, machining, and assembly. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing program management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing program management experience, preferably in metal fabrication, machining, or assembly.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, welding, forming, and assembly.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work in a customer-facing role and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project management software.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication on project requirements.
Oversee programs from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to optimize manufacturing processes.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
Provide design for manufacturability (DFM) feedback to MMG engineering and communicate to the customer.
Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and safety standards.
Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing operations and supply chain.
