Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform simple machine set-ups as needed.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure quality by following QC procedures and monitoring scrap rates.
• Inspect parts per procedures and policies.
• Understand cutting tools and their usage.
• Apply ISO concepts where required.
• Understand production requirements and Lean principles.
• Be available to work overtime if required.
