Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Manufacturing Program Integrator to support manufacturing activities across multiple sites for the CHGB program. You will work with program leadership, site CAMs, and finance teams to ensure clarity of demand signals and effective cost/schedule performance.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify manufacturing content, coordinating make/buy decisions, and driving KPI-based performance. A Secret clearance is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; 4+ years in manufacturing project management.
• Experience with EVMS and earned value KPIs in complex hardware programs.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across sites and with program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support CAM for manufacturing content on the program.
• Coordinate make/buy decisions with manufacturing teams.
• Manage budget/cost coordination with program and manufacturing finance.
• Establish reviews of cost/schedule/technical performance across sites.
• Provide inputs to program leadership for recurring reviews.
• Assist in development of the manufacturing plan.
