Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Manufacturing Program Integrator to join a diverse team delivering solutions across defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing activities for CHGB, coordinating with program leadership, CAMs, and site leaders to ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing scope across multiple sites.

The position requires 4+ years in manufacturing project management, strong cost/schedule management skills, and US citizenship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 4+ years of manufacturing project management experience with cost and schedule management.
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager on a complex hardware production program.
• Experience coordinating across sites and functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Support CAM for the manufacturing content on the program.
• Coordinate make/buy decisions with Manufacturing functions.
• Manage budgets/costs with Program and Manufacturing finance.
• Establish reviews to status cost/schedule/technical performance across sites.
• Drive cost and schedule performance using KPI’s and metrics.
• Provide variance analysis, rationale, and corrective action plans.
• Provide inputs to Program leadership for recurring reviews.
• Assist in developing the manufacturing plan as required.
