Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Manufacturing Program Integrator to join a diverse team to support the Common Hypersonic Glide Body program. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and executing manufacturing activities across sites, ensuring clear demand signals and performance reporting to program leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing project management, strong cost and schedule management skills, and experience coordinating across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a technical or business discipline with 4+ years in manufacturing project management.
• Experience as Cost Account Manager on a complex hardware production program.
• Experience coordinating between a Program organization and executing manufacturing.
• Experience across geographically separated sites and cross-functional groups.
• Demonstrated EVMS experience and reporting using KPIs.
• Defense/space manufacturing exposure; clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support CAM for the manufacturing content on the program.
• Collaborate with program leadership to identify manufacturing content and coordinate make/buy decisions.
• Coordinate manufacturing budgets and capacity planning with program and manufacturing finance.
• Establish recurring reviews of cost/schedule/technical performance across sites.
• Drive cost and schedule performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Provide variance analyses, rationale, and corrective action plans.
• Contribute inputs to manufacturing plans and program reviews.
