Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Manufacturing Program Integrator to join a diverse team to drive manufacturing excellence for the CHGB program. The role requires partnering with program leadership, CAMs, site leaders, and finance to ensure clear demand signals and effective cost/schedule performance across sites.

You will support CAMs, coordinate budget and capacity planning, provide variance analysis and corrective actions, and contribute to manufacturing planning and readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing programs and managing cost/schedule.
• Experience with EVMS and earned value KPIs.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support CAM for manufacturing content on the program.
• Coordinate make/buy decisions with Manufacturing.
• Manage budgets/costs with Program and Manufacturing finance.
• Establish recurring reviews of cost/schedule/technical performance across sites.
• Provide variance analysis and corrective actions as required.
