Join to apply for the Manufacturing Production Worker role at Roll-Up Door, Inc.

The Manufacturing Production Worker is a multi-functional role responsible for setting up and operating equipment in the fabrication of metal building parts or assembling metal roll-up doors, as well as operating other metal-forming machines. Forklift experience is a plus.

This is an entry-level role with training provided and growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities

1. Operate machinery used in the production process for the assembly line.
2. Set up tooling, load programs, and set machine parameters.
3. Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the position.
4. Load and unload items from machines and carts, and band finished products.
5. Build wood crates and packaging for finished metal products.
6. Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
7. Mark parts for identification.
8. Measure length and work with tight tolerances.

Job Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
2. Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and work within a diverse workforce.
3. Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus.
4. Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
5. Attention to detail with a desire to produce high-quality and accurate work in a safe manner.
6. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strength and stamina: must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods doing repetitive motions.

Salary

$16.50/hour minimum to start.
