Responsibilities

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM. Multiple openings available.

Job Summary: Under direct supervision, manufactures parts following procedure MPP-000-039 using molds and automatic/semi-automatic machines.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Complies with all safety standards.
  2. Uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
  3. Follows Standard Method Sheet to ensure correct materials and methods.
  4. Inspects attributes and variables as specified by the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  5. Meets or exceeds production targets.
  6. Maintains cleanliness of molds and equipment.
  7. Ensures a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Follows all company policies and codes of conduct.
  9. Operates molding and casting machines.
  10. Follows manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
  11. Operates compression or injection molding machines.
  12. Reads specifications to determine setup, temperature, and timing settings.
  13. Pours material into molds.
  14. Removes cured products from molds.
  15. Inspects products for surface defects and flaws.
  16. Ensures products conform to specifications.
  17. Positions and secures molds and components.
  18. Eliminates production of defective parts.
  19. Follows supervisor instructions.
  20. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; relevant training or experience preferred.

Experience: No prior experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Demands: Medium work requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and repetitive hand and arm movements for up to 10 hours. Overtime may be required. Safety training, protective gear, and chemical handling procedures are mandatory.
