Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on recruiter for the Connected Warfare Production Recruiting team. You will own hiring for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles, partnering with operations and program leaders to define success and close exceptional talent.

This onsite/remote role requires a candidate with startup or manufacturing hiring experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate manufacturing needs into recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years sourcing for technical roles.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing/production/supply chain roles and a strong network in those domains.
• Experience hiring candidates with US government contractors, DoD, or IC agencies.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates with strong communication with stakeholders at every step.
• Understand production language and floor realities to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
• Translate headcount gaps into impacts on throughput and revenue to drive hiring urgency.
• Build trusted partnerships with operations and program leaders to influence talent strategy and deliverables.
• Close top talent by articulating the mission and negotiating offers confidently.
• Track pipeline and performance data to identify opportunities and tell a data-driven story.
