Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle sourcing for our Air Dominance and Strike programs, focusing on manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles. You will partner with operations and program leaders to define criteria, source aggressively, and close top talent for a fast-paced environment.

You will need deep manufacturing domain knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a track record of hiring for technical roles in government contracting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and reporting pipeline progress.
• Deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, with recruitment history for Manufacturing Engineers, Manufacturing Test Engineers, Design Engineers, Purchasers, Buyers, and Industrial Engineers.
• Operationally minded with ability to work with operations and manufacturing leaders and drive solutions.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills for offers with seasoned candidates.
• Experience with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies, including security clearances.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and interview techniques.
• Consultative track record and ability to guide hiring outcomes, with clear candidate experience.
• Clear communication to understand motivation, drivers, and fit; manage multiple funnels independently.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates, while keeping stakeholders aligned at every step.
• Speak production fluently to understand the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing realities (takttimes, cycle times, throughput, yield).
• Translate headcount to outcomes and drive urgency with hiring managers.
• Be a trusted partner to operations and program leaders, influencing talent strategy and delivering on commitments.
• Close exceptional talent by pitching roles effectively and negotiating offers.
• Run on data to analyze pipeline and performance and turn insights into momentum.
• Invent and simplify recruiting strategies that scale with the company, implementing referrals and automation where impactful.
• Master tools and prospecting approaches; manage candidate lifecycle and information retrieval.
• Conduct candidate interviews with judgement, anticipating hiring-manager preferences and maintaining a strong offer conversion.
