Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter for the Production Engineering - Connected Warfare program. This contract role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles on the factory floor.

You will partner with operations and program leaders to define hiring needs, translate gaps into hires, and move quickly while upholding quality. Deep manufacturing language fluency and strong negotiation skills are essential; roles include

Qualifications

4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles, and reporting pipeline progress.
A deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain.
Operationally minded with ability to identify problems early and propose solutions.
Strong closing and negotiation skills in offers with candidates.

Responsibilities

Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates with proactive communication to stakeholders.
Speak production fluently to understand floor realities and translate requirements into actionable roles.
Translate headcount gaps into impact on throughput and revenue to drive urgency with hiring managers.
Build trust with operations and program leaders and influence talent strategy while delivering on commitments.
Close exceptional talent by pitching teams and negotiating offers, including with seasoned negotiators.
