Anduril Industries is hiring a contract-based recruiter for the Connected Warfare Production Recruiting team. You’ll own hiring for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain talent that turns designs into deliverables on the factory floor.

This onsite/remote role partners with operations and program leaders to define what good looks like and to close top candidates. You’ll bring startup, manufacturing, and domain experience, with a bias for action, and you’ll thrive by translating

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing for technical roles.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Deep network and fluency in manufacturing, production, and/or supply chain.
• Operationally minded with ability to influence leaders and drive results.
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and manage a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Understand production floor realities to credibly pitch opportunities to operators.
• Translate headcount needs into impact on throughput and revenue for hiring managers.
• Build trust with operations and program leaders and drive talent strategy.
• Close offers with strong negotiators and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Run data-driven analyses to improve pipeline and performance.
• Create scalable recruiting strategies with referrals and process improvements.
• Master prospecting tools and candidate management systems.
• Interview with judgment to match candidate motivation and fit.
• Engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and campaigns.
