Balco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead operations and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple production teams. You will oversee staff performance, implement health and safety programs, and partner with leadership to achieve production goals.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A path to growth and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of manufacturing management and supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience managing hourly employees and leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Experience implementing and leading safety & quality initiatives.
• Project management and/or technical leadership experience, integrating various functions to drive improvements
• Experience using industry software to communicate, create reports and presentations, and manage business activities (MS Suite, ERP, inventory management software, etc.)
• High School diploma required
• Lean / Six Sigma experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively lead a team, provide direction, and manage
• Advanced knowledge of raw materials and production
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, along with safety best practices in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers (internal & external) verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to be proactive and solve problems as they arise
