Job summary

Stone Enterprises is seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler in Omaha, NE to coordinate production planning, scheduling, materials, inventory, and workflow across the shop floor. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will maintain realistic schedules, prioritize jobs, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.

You will collaborate with the Shop Manager and leadership to optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization, monitor progress, and address delays promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, materials, labor, and capacity.
• Coordinate materials, inventory, and shop workflow to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
