Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with production scheduling/planning, inventory control, materials planning, or manufacturing coordination preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, materials, labor, equipment, and capacity.
• Establish realistic production and delivery timelines for orders.
• Prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Coordinate with Shop Manager to balance resources and priorities.
• Monitor progress and address delays, bottlenecks, or conflicts.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain production task lists and statuses.
• Assist in coordinating workflow through manufacturing, quality inspection, inventory, and shipping.
• Move parts and work orders through manufacturing to completion.
