Job summary

Regal Rexnord in New Berlin, WI seeks a Production Manager to direct plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met. You will oversee department leaders and report to the Plant Manager, driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the facility.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment with a focus on daily performance metrics and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding of production operations and machinery.
• Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
• Proven time management with deadlines and task delegation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and reporting tools.
• SAP proficiency and lean experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces production floor standards.
• Leads daily Tier 3 meetings and drives countermeasures to meet goals.
• Updates daily reports and KPIs (output, absorption, hours).
• Builds labor plans; adjusts based on orders and overtime needs.
• Collaborates with Finance to develop monthly forecasts.
• Presents at monthly meetings to the New Berlin team.
• Drives continuous improvement and kaizen activities.
• Oversees production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and quality.
• Manages budgets and oversees project initiatives.
