Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for the Fayetteville, NC plant to lead daily production, quality, and safety performance while coaching the hourly workforce.

You will build strong teams, optimize staffing and scheduling, drive continuous improvement, ensure safe working conditions, and partner with maintenance, materials and logistics to meet plant goals. Travel to other plants may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or considerable manufacturing experience (minimum five years).
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving results and developing subordinates.
• Excellent problem-analysis and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience working within teams and demonstrated commitment to Customer Service.
• Outstanding reliability, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive improvements within the organization and coach/develop others to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, decision-making, adapting, and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration and conflict management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve plant goals.
• Develop and ensure a positive working relationship with hourly production team members; mentor through listening, coaching and performance reviews; training and onboarding.
• Manage daily production and schedule requirements for assigned department(s) to ensure a balanced flow of work.
• Ensure safe working conditions and safety training, conduct safety audits, and investigate incidents to find root causes.
• Support plant leadership with recommendations for improving production methods, equipment, procedures, quality standards, and safety.
• Partner with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure high-functioning production areas.
• Collaborate with Materials, Scheduling, and Logistics to maintain balanced schedules and material flow.
• Determine staffing needs and manage attendance and time-keeping.
