Job summary

Limitless Decatur is seeking a Plant Operations Leader to oversee all fabrication functions, supervise the plant team, and maintain safety and maintenance programs. You will coordinate staffing, develop training, and evaluate employee performance to ensure on-time, quality shipments.

You will work closely with QC, engineering, and vendors, driving continuous improvement, CAPEX input, and post-mortems for continuous operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Custom fabrication experience with deep welding knowledge.
• Hands-on within each custom job and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple fabrication projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Directs fabrication functions and supervises plant personnel.
• Oversees plant safety program and site maintenance.
• Manages recruitment and performance evaluations for operating staff.
• Leads coordination of prefabrication meetings for new jobs.
