Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or substantial manufacturing experience.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing subordinates.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing needs and manage attendance and timekeeping.
• Assist in hiring, disciplinary, and promotion decisions; resolve issues.
