Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing Production, Compounding, Pre-Weigh, Maintenance, Shipping & Receiving teams.
• Background in CPG, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Food & Beverage, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading supervisors and large production teams.
• Proven record of increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving productivity.
