Job summary

TRI-K Industries in Derry, NH is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production of TRI-K products.

The role focuses on workforce development, production planning, GMP discipline, inventory coordination, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Process Excellence to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience may be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership responsibility in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, GMP requirements, quality protocols, and safety practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold production teams accountable for performance.
• Experience managing production schedules, operational KPIs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production operations to ensure the efficient and timely manufacture of TRI-K products.
• Own execution of the production plan and ensure quantity, quality, safety, delivery, and cost KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor and manage production performance using KPIs (FPQ, OTIF, cost per kg, yield, batch cycle-time).
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, equipment hygiene, quality standards and integrity protocols are followed.
• Lead and develop the Production Team, including supervisors, shift leads, and operators.
