Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a production operator to coordinate daily workflows and meet production schedules. You will ensure goals are met in quantity and quality, while applying TPM and maintaining equipment, under supervision.

Strong emphasis on safety compliance and teamwork. Eligible candidates have at least 3 years in manufacturing; a high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items and ability to lawfully obtain access.
• Preferred: Associate degree from two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedule.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Apply TPM or other methods to maintain equipment.
• Identify and report shortfalls to supervisor; follow safety rules.
• Promote Howmet values and teamwork across departments.
• Participate in shift turnover and safety compliance.
