Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to drive operational excellence in medical device production. You will own complex processes, perform preventive maintenance, and serve as a key technical resource on the floor during first shift.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement while adhering to GMP and ISO standards. The role requires hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers for high-complexity equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technician experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and laboratory practices.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and document activities.
• Act as a technical resource on the manufacturing floor and assist with quality inquiries.
• Lead or support process validations and engineering trials for improvements.
