Boston Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Technician to provide hands-on electrical and electronic support for manufacturing equipment and automated systems. You will troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain electrical components to ensure safe, reliable production operations.

Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to support setup, calibration, and verification activities, while adhering to safety and ISO standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, tests, repairs, and maintains electrical and electronic systems used in manufacturing operations.
• Provides hands-on technical support for manufacturing equipment, automated systems, and production processes to identify and resolve electrical issues and minimize downtime.
• Reads and interprets electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation to support troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Uses diagnostic tools and test equipment, including DMMs, to evaluate circuits and verify equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces components such as PCBAs, wiring, sensors, and power supplies.
• Supports equipment setup, installation, calibration, testing, and verification to ensure proper operation.
• Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance and identifies improvements for reliability.
• Documents troubleshooting, repairs, test results, maintenance records, and corrective actions per procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate recurring issues and support continuous improvement.
• Assists with evaluating and ordering replacement electrical components and tools for operations.
