Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, energetic, and growing production and manufacturing team. Prime candidates have a knack for handling tools, a strong work ethic, enjoy working and possess some machine operating experience. Our thriving, reliable, and skilled team members enjoy a challenging, dynamic working environment directed by a supportive management team in our Kingston, PA warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate routers, drill presses, table saws, plastic heat benders, sonic welders, buffing machines.
• Start machinery and make adjustments to improve performance.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance.
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Be part of the team and help with other tasks when necessary.

Hours

1st Shift Only – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (No Weekends Required).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Understanding of production processes.
• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measurement.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Computer skills a plus.
