Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of four years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Effective English communication and strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee-engagement objectives.
• Plan production activities, establish priorities, assign resources, and adjust staffing or workflow to meet the production schedule.
• Provide visible floor leadership by monitoring operations, resolving issues, and ensuring timely escalation of risks and constraints.
• Coach and develop employees through clear expectations, regular feedback, recognition, performance management, and development planning.
• Build an inclusive, accountable team culture that promotes collaboration, ownership, respectful communication, and adherence to company values.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, quality systems, environmental standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational performance using key metrics and implement corrective actions when results are off plan.
• Investigate safety, quality, and operational issues; support nonconformance resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Planning, Human Resources, and other functions to resolve production constraints and support priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, standard work, visual management, waste reduction, and problem-solving.
• Support new product introductions, process transfers, validation, equipment qualification, training, and change implementation.
