Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Supervisor, Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations to join the Ottava production team in Santa Clara. This onsite leadership role requires guiding daily production plans, mentoring technicians, and driving operational excellence using Lean and Six Sigma.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree or equivalent, with at least two years in medical-device manufacturing and proven supervisory capability within a matrixed,

• A minimum of Associate's degree and/or equivalent University degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Supervisory experience in medical devices.
• Experience in Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong personnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and responsible for daily production build plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottleneck
• Supervise a team of technicians, hire and train new team members and mentors existing ones
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Document and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.

Salary

$91,000.00 - $147,200.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Benefits

• Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
