Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lean Six Sigma professional to lead the JJV Lean transformation within the MedTech Supply Chain. The role focuses on waste reduction, operational efficiency, and reliability, driving continuous improvement across production lines through VSM, Kaizen, and TPM.

You will design improvement roadmaps, build Lean capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver year-over-year cost and lead-time improvements while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum 4 years of progressive business experience in a regulated industry, with a strong background in supply chain.
• Certification in industry or university
• Black belt certification
• Lean/Six Sigma/Process Excellence is required
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities within a matrix organization
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage partners at all levels
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently with initiative and leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen methodology, processes, and tools
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen)
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement, improve productivity across production lines
• Track progress, report metrics, and provide leadership updates
• Develop and deploy best-practice tools across the supply chain
• Deliver against productivity, cost, inventory, capacity, and lead time goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
• Adapt to changing environments and drive process/tool improvements
• Plan and deliver trainings in improvement methodologies
• Coach partners in application of Lean tools
