Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks a Principal for Manufacturing Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation in the United States. You will lead delivery of engagements, manage budgets and staffing, and mentor teams while delivering strategic procurement transformations for manufacturing clients.

You will guide clients on category strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and ERP-driven improvements, with extensive collaboration across business and IT teams and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years in management consulting at top firm or manufacturing company.
• 5-7 years in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier management or procurement transformation.
• Experience with direct procurement (raw materials, production materials, supplier quality) and indirect procurement (MRO, facilities, logistics, IT, etc.).
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or similar.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and relocate to Infosys hub offices if needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements with quality, budget and staffing oversight.
• Guide teams and mentor colleagues; contribute to thought leadership.
• Define procurement target operating models, governance, and buying channels.
• Drive procurement transformation from current state to ERP implementation and adoption.
• Advise on category strategy, strategic sourcing and procurement performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining business requirements and solutions.
