Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering with exposure to machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, production equipment, or related manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, test, and optimize manufacturing processes and engineering solutions.
• Experience interpreting, preparing, and applying technical engineering specifications and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex technical situations and make sound decisions.
• Effective project planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to make timely decisions and maintain accountability for project commitments and deliverables.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, regulatory requirements, and risk-management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with production teams, engineering groups, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing requirements and establish production methods, process flows, machinery, tooling, and equipment needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility studies, testing, and process evaluations.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Review manufacturing systems, equipment, installations, and engineering work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive corrective actions through structured continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners to support project execution and engineering deliverables.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support for product development initiatives by translating customer and business requirements into practical production solutions.
• Manage assigned engineering projects and activities while adhering to established timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Deliver technical guidance and support to team members, helping drive effective use of engineering tools, systems, and knowledge-management resources.
