The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician in Erie, PA to bridge Engineering and Production, resolving process and equipment issues while supporting NPI and process development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 12+ years in manufacturing or engineering tech.
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology plus 8+ years manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Engineering Technology with 4+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document engineering tests and experiments.
• Operate production equipment to support engineering development and process improvements.
• Collect, analyze, summarize, and communicate test data to engineering and management.
• Investigate and troubleshoot manufacturing, process, equipment, and product issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform detailed inspections using microscopes and precision tools.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, process specifications, and work instructions.
• Support NPI activities including product transfers, qualifications, and validation testing.
• Recommend process improvements to increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist training production personnel on processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and process performance.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
