Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an Electronics Technician to coordinate production tasks and support quality testing in a manufacturing environment. You will inspect tools and test setups, set up test stations, and conductATP during production while troubleshooting basic faults related to manufacturing defects and testing environments.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in electronics technology or equivalent, or 5–10+ years of experience.
• IPC J-STD-001 Certification for soldering electrical and electronic assemblies, with Space Addendum module.
• Ability to read routers, test procedures, and schematics.
• Ability to understand and communicate work packages, risks, issues, and policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks with a small team and escalate risks and issues that could impact priorities.
• Perform regular inspections based on quality standards for tools, test setups, and equipment.
• Set up and maintain test setups throughout the product production lifecycle.
• Execute ATP during production and troubleshoot basic faults from manufacturing defects or testing environment.
• Document test results and product data per the manufacturing router and EIDP.
• Work with instructions, parts lists, drawings to assemble a wide assortment of products or components.
• Solder and desolder components from the product as needed.
