Medtronic in North Haven, CT is seeking a technical support professional for manufacturing processes and equipment. This onsite role partners with production and engineering to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality and GMP standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma and basic knowledge of manufacturing; experience collecting and analyzing data helps drive actions for efficiency and compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 0+ years of technical, manufacturing, operations, or engineering support experience.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, instrumentation, or production operations.
• Experience collecting, documenting, or analyzing operational data.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process-related issues.
• Experience working within established procedures and quality requirements.
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineers in improving production cycle time, yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing equipment and instruments to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Collect and document operating, calibration, inspection, testing, and repair data.
• Troubleshoot equipment, instrumentation, and process-related issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze equipment and process deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and trend analyses using operational, salvage, and performance metrics.
• Maintain process documentation in accordance with SOPs and manufacturing requirements.
• Support compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards.
