Volt is seeking a Process Engineer Technician to support Fremont, CA manufacturing operations. The role focuses on technical support for engineers, SOP/BOM/CRD development, and training of technicians on the production line to improve efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have server manufacturing knowledge, strong communication skills, and detail orientation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This is a full-time position with a standard weekday schedule.

Competenze

• Knowledge of server manufacturing assembly packing processes.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and managers.
• Ability to provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities.

Mansioni

• Perform document control, rack/server labeling, fixture audits, label maker creation, and SOP training support.
• Provide technical support to projects and processes.
• Assist process engineer with developing and maintaining SOPs, BOMs, and CRD for manufacturing lines; train technicians and operators.
• Analyze time studies to improve production line efficiency and output quality.
• Maintain training matrices and ensure line technicians' skills are up to date.
• Daily production floor audits of fixtures and preventative maintenance records.
• Support engineers in deploying quality improvement solutions.
