Job description

This is 100% onsite role in Fremont, CA.

Graveyard Shift

9:00 PM - 5:30 AM PST, Monday - Friday

Qualifications/Skills:

• Etch tool operation
• Thermal paste application
• Silicon scribing and cleaving
• SEM operation/Microscopy
• Ideal candidate has undergrad work with Materials Science or Chemistry.
• Communication skills are crucial for working with other technicians as well as engineers.
• High level of Fine motor skill and attention to detail are required we have varied experimental tasks that require very small tolerances.

What You’ll Do

• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
• Performs set up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
