Job summary

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, diagrams.
• Proficiency in using programs to collect and evaluate operating data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with engineers.
• Ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations related to production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Work with engineers on setup and calibration tasks.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of the manufacturing process.
• Use programs to collect/evaluate operating data for on-line adjustments.
• Develop methods/procedures from blueprints, drawings, or diagrams.
• Assist engineers in conducting experiments.
• Prepare technical reports with findings and recommended solutions.
• Provide guidance to non-exempt personnel and may lead a team lead function.
