Job summary

Suburban Enterprises in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to own and improve quality systems, processes, and production standards. You will drive lean initiatives to deliver high-quality products, on-time shipments, and operational efficiency.

You will lead root cause analysis, manage customer quality concerns and warranty issues, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and mentor teams in Six Sigma, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

The Role – Manufacturing Quality Specialist

The Manufacturing Process / Quality Specialist owns and continuously improves manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production standards to ensure the Manufacturing Division delivers high-quality products, on-time shipments, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role drives consistency, defect prevention, lean manufacturing initiatives, and compliance with customer and company standards.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection processes.

What You Bring (Required Experience)

• Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality management.
• Experience in electrical assembly, panel fabrication, controls manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
