Job summary

Suburban Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to own and improve quality systems, processes, and production standards. You will lead lean initiatives, drive defect prevention, and ensure on-time shipments while upholding customer and company standards.

You bring 3–7 years of manufacturing or quality experience, a degree in engineering or related field, and proficiency with ERP and problem-solving tools. This role offers growth and employee ownership opportunities.

The Role – Manufacturing Quality Specialist

The Manufacturing Process / Quality Specialist owns and continuously improves manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production standards to ensure the Manufacturing Division delivers high-quality products, on-time shipments, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role drives consistency, defect prevention, lean manufacturing initiatives, and compliance with customer and company standards.

What You'll Do

What You Bring (Required Experience)

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality management.
• Experience in electrical assembly, panel fabrication, controls manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
