Job summary

Suburban Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Specialist to own and improve quality systems, processes, and production standards. You will lead lean initiatives, drive defect prevention, and ensure on-time shipments while upholding customer and company standards.

You bring 3–7 years of manufacturing or quality experience, a degree in engineering or related field, and proficiency with ERP and problem-solving tools. This role offers growth and employee ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing, process engineering, or quality management experience.
• Experience in electrical assembly, controls manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, CAPA, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection processes.
• Monitor internal and external quality metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage customer quality concerns and warranty issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and industry standards.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process consistency across product lines.
